1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

l444b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice in cases including but not limited to: suspected or confirmed identity fraud; use of stolen payment methods; collusion or cheating in casino games; use of automated betting software or bots; breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading registration information; or conduct that l444b reasonably believes may cause harm to other players, the platform, or third parties.

8.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your l444b account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be paid out to you subject to completion of identity verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Please note that once an account is closed, all historical betting records, transaction history, and bonuses associated with that account are permanently removed.

8.3 Consequences of Termination

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the l444b platform without prior written consent from l444b.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l444b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, system errors, delayed or failed transactions, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security, or changes to game rules or odds. l444b's total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between you and l444b that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. l444b's decisions on all matters related to account management, bet settlement, bonus administration, and platform operations are final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law. 14. Entire Agreement
